  • Both. Most clients begin with a one-time visit — a green-to-clean, a repair diagnosis, or a chemistry reset — and then choose whether to continue on a weekly membership.

  • Yes. Continuity is the point. You'll meet the same person every visit, and you'll have a direct text line to them and to our founder.

  • Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler and select neighborhoods across the East Valley. We deliberately keep routes small so service stays personal.

  • For existing clients, same or next day. For new inquiries, typically within the same week — sooner for urgent equipment failures.
